Many of us were raised on a communication diet of corporatespeak and jargon. Within organizations we've largely forgotten how to speak truthfully, incisively, and from the heart.
Leadership communication is about finding your true voice and using it to generate action. It’s about stepping away from the persona, the jargon, the hiding places -- and having the courage to speak about the things that truly matter to you.
