Kathy Andre

Kathy Andre is a well-known communications trainer and organizational consultant in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. Specializing in communication and conflict management skills, Kathy consults for organizations as diverse as Sun Microsystems and the San Francisco General Hospital.

Kathy devotes part of her time to Compass International. She delivers coaching and training programs in media handling skills, presentation skills, leadership communication and conflict management. Kathy works with executives to improve their leadership communication skills. She has guided many teams to enhance their performance, improve team dynamics, and move to self-management.

Kathy trains regularly for clients such as Sun Microsystems, JDS Uniphase, Genentech, San Francisco General Hospital, Catholic Healthcare West, Avista Corporation, Stanford Research Institute, and Tyco Electronics. Kathy consults for several teams within Sun Microsystems and leads regular programs at Sun University.
