Integrity: Wholeness

Integrity lies at the core of strong leadership communication. When all four elements -- Essence, Impact, Story and Mastery -- are balanced and well developed, the outcome is integrity, or wholeness (from the Latin integrare). Leaders who communicate from wholeness are memorable and inspiring.

Integrity does not mean a rigid and narrowly-defined adherence to "The Truth." It does, however, demand that speakers be truthful when they speak - that they say only what is true, and that they be true to themselves.
